I am here to help, motivate and educate you. Most of all I ensure you remain focused on your fitness goals. We will typically meet with you in a North Vancouver gym, at your home, garden or a local green and leafy outdoor space, the perfect backdrop for an energetic, high endorphin session.
Personal training is a one-to-one service. It is crucial that you are happy and feel comfortable with our chemistry before you commit.
I therefore offer a FREE initial consultation so that you can meet me before deciding to go ahead with training.
We are very used to clients from all walks of life, so whether you are a mum of two, needing some me-time away from the house, or a busy professional needing to squeeze in your session before starting work we can work around your schedule.
Typically, our sessions are run between 6.00am - 9.00pm Monday - Saturday, and last 60 minutes.
